Instagram Tools is a web application that allows users to view publicly available Instagram data including profiles, posts, reels, highlights, stories, tagged posts, and reposts. We do not host, store, or redistribute any Instagram content. All data is fetched in real-time from Instagram's public API and displayed directly to the user.
3. Public Data Only
Our service only accesses data that is publicly available on Instagram. We do not bypass privacy settings, access private accounts, or use any method to obtain data that is not publicly accessible. If an account is set to private, our service cannot and will not attempt to access its content.
4. No Affiliation with Instagram
Instagram Tools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. We are an independent tool that accesses publicly available data.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the data obtained through our service. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose, to harass or stalk others, to violate any applicable laws, or to infringe on the rights of any third party. You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of content creators.
6. No Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the data displayed. Instagram may change its API or data format at any time, which may affect the functionality of our service.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Instagram Tools be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the data obtained through our service.
